Once completed we will send black & white line drawings over to you for review prior to rendering. We allow 2 minor edits. Once approved we will render your design in full color. These renderings are an artistic representation of the design.

Any additional edits after the rendering process will incur an added fee. 

Drawings will include wall dimensions on floor plans and elevations.

If you choose not to purchase your cabinets from UKB, the rendered drawings are yours to do with as you wish, this will only include wall measurements.

Returned Payments: If your payment is returned due to insufficient funds or some other issues with your account, you may be charged a $35.00 returned check/payment fee.

Any estimates & invoices given are valid for 30 days from date received.

All design fees are Non-refundable.

Design packages are only valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
