If you are a design professional—or are a homeowner working with one—and already have detailed plans (including a floorplan with measurements, elevations, insert specifications, cabinetry color and material selections), we’re happy to provide a custom cabinetry estimate. If you don’t have a finalized design, our various Design Service packages allow us to deliver a more accurate estimate. With all of our Design Services, the design fee will be credited toward your UKB cabinetry order should you choose to move forward.
Begin by submitting an inquiry through our Contact Page. With initial details about your project in-hand, a member of the UKB design team will reach out to learn more about your vision, answer any questions, and guide you toward the Design Service package that best fits your needs.

Once your design is finalized and approved, we’ll send over cabinetry pricing and an invoice. After payment is received, you'll receive a detailed sign-off packet within five business days. This includes cabinetry sizes, inserts, door styles, finishes, delivery details, and warranty information. We ask that you carefully review the packet with your contractor, builder, or interior designer and sign each required page to confirm everything is correct.
Need to tweak your design or make a few changes? We’re happy to make updates—such as adding or removing items or adjusting colors—before production begins. Once approved, your cabinetry moves into production and we’ll coordinate your delivery. Standard lead time is 12 weeks, while full-home orders may take up to 15 weeks. Each piece is blanket-wrapped and delivered directly to your door for installation.
Whether you're starting from scratch or seeking a more comprehensive design approach, you can purchase one of our full-service design packages. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a welcome email requesting project details: measurements, appliance specs, photos of your space, and any inspiration you’ve collected. This helps us understand your vision ahead of our initial consultation. From there, the design journey begins. Whether you're planning for a future renovation or ready to move forward now, our design packages help you visualize your space with color renderings and, if selected, a complete list of shoppable products, from cabinetry to countertops and lighting.
